  • Cloud Data - Website and Email Hosting

We offer support to our clients for Cloud Data, Website and Email Hosting options. We have been slowly converting our clients over to Microsoft Office 365 from Google Apps. We believe that the new Office 365 platform with Exchange Active Sync better meets the needs of our clients. Specifically it allows much better syncing of contacts, calendars, emails and tasks across multiple devices.

The cost is practically the same but the Office 365 platform offers a great way to bundle the cost of the Office Software suite and your email hosting. Office 365 offers data storage in the form of OneDrive and we have quite a few businesses how are now using this as their main cloud storage. We have setup Office 365 as a way to implement appointments, schedules and remote tracking for team members who are out on the job.

Fury IT has produced many basic websites over the past 10 years such as this one you are on right now. We can match a platform to your requirements which will allow you to have control over your website and not require us in any way. WordPress is our currently recommended standard however for simple websites Wix can also be used. For more advanced sites we can project manage your requirements to get the best possible outcome from one of our web design partners.

  • Local Data

Data management is one of the most important aspects of any business. It is also very important to our residential clients as everyone has emails, photos, videos and documents that they wish to ensure are never lost. Generally a backup solution is not really appreciated until after a critical event has happened. There are many ways in which data can be lost, corrupted or deleted so it is important to make sure you have protection.

Businesses and individuals alike should be completing a routine archive of data to ensure that their systems are always at peak performance and that they are protected from any data loss or corruption. On a personal level, it is now common place to use digital camera or phone. At some point you are going to have your device fail - it is only a matter of time - are you protected?

  • Safeguard and Defend Your Business

According to a NFIB National Small Business Poll, man-made disasters affect 10% of all small businesses and a staggering 30% have been impacted by natural disasters (manufacturing faults, etc). A simple power outage could put your whole business at risk. In fact, research by the University of Texas has shown that only 6 percent of medium sized companies suffering from a catastrophic data loss survive, 43 percent never reopen and 51 percent close within 2 years.

  • No Long Wait for Data Recovery

Our technicians can attempt simple cost effective data recovery however for more important, high value recoveries we outsource our clients needs to a company such as CDL in Redcliffe which has a very specialised facility. It is considerably more expensive but the results speak for themselves. We can assess your requirements and recommend what type of data recovery is attempted. It is important to NEVER attempt a recovery or continue to use a device which is failing as you risk further damage, therefore making recovery even more unlikely.

  • Plan for Unexpected Issues

Its important to avoid the idea that it won't happen to me. The best option is to ask for a free phone or email assessment of your business or personal needs. Ultimately many businesses will require us to visit their site and conduct a review of their data usage, current operating procedures and what measures they have in place to ensure they are protected.
