Quick Support - Allows us to only have one time access to your device. After you restart or close the Quick Support module we no longer have access.
Host Support - Allows us to remotely monitor the health of your device and to idenity problems with your antivirus or hard drives.
These options do not allow us to remotely view or use your device without your knowledge. The Teamviewer program will also change the colour of your background to black and put up a notice to say that a Fury IT technician is remotely viewing your screen.
